Housing With a Purpose
The Great River Landing 48-unit housing development, once open, will serve fathers who are dedicated to being good parents and community members and need a second chance in life.
G&M provided MEP and fire protection design engineering services for this project, while complying with Minnesota Green Communities standards for sustainable design and construction. The building will have a green patio gathering space and a photovoltaic array on the roof.
The mechanical system is a hybrid water source heat pump system with high performance cooling tower and condensing boiler coupled with a dedicated outdoor air system to deliver superior indoor air quality and ventilation effectiveness that drive comfort.
The building’s electrical, lighting, and water-saving plumbing system along with the safety of fi re protection and fire alarm systems and security systems of the building improve each building occupant’s indoor environmental quality.
Exceptional client service, intelligent engineering.
