Job Description: Gausman & Moore is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our mechanical team in Duluth.  The responsibilities of the position include managing the Duluth office mechanical workload and staff, working to build new client relationships in the heavy industrial and commercial building sectors for a growing workload, and engineering project mechanical systems as assigned.  Engineers in this position complete project surveys and field inspection work, interact with clients and code officials, interview with project selection committees, write proposals, and attend client meetings, all of which may require some travel.  These responsibilities are outlined below:

Qualifications: 4-year engineering degree is required and ten years of experience with professional engineering license is preferred.  The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of a wide range of mechanical systems and is adept at adapting technologies to project specific needs.  Good written and verbal skills and proficiency in TraneTrace, and Microsoft Office programs is a must. Experience in both AutoCAD and REVIT programs is preferred.
