providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and data engineering

services for the built industry. Our major focus is on engineering
energy-efficient, sustainable systems for today's modern "green"
buildings. Gausman & Moore has engineered over 50 sustainable projects,

conditioning, sustainable design, fire protection, lighting, power,
emergency power, lightning protection, security, telecommunications,
audio/visual, and data systems for all building types. Our specialty
services include forensic, commissioning, mission critical engineering,
Energy Policy Act 2005 Third Party Verification, arc flash and various
mechanical and electrical engineering studies.
We have Professional Engineers registered in all 50 states and the
District of Columbia.
Our 85+ person staff includes 25 registered Professional
Engineers, 15 graduate engineers,
and 26 LEED®
Accredited Professionals supported by 45+ technical
and administrative staff.
Our project portfolio includes healthcare, retail, recreation,
hospitality, education, worship, office, mixed-use, and government
(federal, state, and local).
Clients include Target Corporation, UnitedHealth Group, U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers, Macy's Inc. (Macy's and Bloomingdales department stores),
the University of Minnesota, University of California, Santa Barbara
City College, and multiple Los Angeles area and Minneapolis public school
districts.
