Position/Role: Managing Principal, Los AngelesContact: firstname.lastname@example.orgEducation and experience: I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, CA. After a combination of interning and working full time for 5 years at an engineering firm in Santa Clarita, CA, I decided to make the leap to Gausman & Moore which offered larger, more challenging projects and greater career advancement opportunities. As a project manager, I managed large commercial, institutional, retail, healthcare and government projects. Now, as the Managing Principal for the Los Angeles office, I provide leadership in project oversight, quality control and interdisciplinary coordination while marketing to and building relationships with existing and potential clients. What’s your favorite part of the job? I have the unique opportunity to work with amazing people at a place that truly values its staff and prides itself on strong interdisciplinary communication. We foster a positive and supportive culture, both personally and professionally, and take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients. At the end of the week, we all look forward to the most important aspect of our team building….Friday social hour! What do you like to do when you’re not working? I’m a dad and husband first, so I treasure the time I spend with my wife and best friend, Jamie, and our three children Schrader, Paityn and Damien. One of the best parts of being a dad is reliving my childhood through activities with my kids. Whether it’s playing at the park, going to the beach or getting to coach their soccer and baseball teams. We love to vacation with family and friends, with some recent trips to Cabo San Lucas, Carlsbad and Carpinteria State Beach. What’s something about you that not many people know? I have played the piano since I was 8 and often play for my kids, or by myself as a way to wind down in the evenings. I’m also self-taught in playing the guitar and ukulele.
Exceptional client service, intelligent engineering.
